The parts are now rough cleaned. I chose black beauty silicon grit for my blasting media. This is quite aggressive and removes corrosion fast. The resulting surface is ideal for paint or powdercoat after a final cleaning.

Next they’re off for a dip in the ultrasonic tank then they’re ready to go!
