Reaming Pin Holes

I use a W size drill (0.386″) before chamfering and a 10mm reamer (0.3937″) to get the hole to finished size.

It is vitally important that these holes be drilled on center and perpendicular to the flywheel. Because of this I would not attempt to do so without a mill or at least a drill press.
